I am doing a brief review on the best hotels in Vietnam which I researched on before I went for my trip. Hope you find this helpful and I’d be glad to be contributing to your trip research.
1) Six Senses Con Dao
Where: Con Son Island
How: 45 minute flight from Ho Chi Min to Co Ong Airport – 10 minute transfer to the hotel – Both can be booked easily by contacting the hotel
The six senses chain of resorts has a philosophy of selecting drop dead gorgeous destinations that are remote yet accessible. They do complete justice to that philosophy by selecting the perfectly remote Dat Doc Beach, Con Dao for this hotel in Vietnam. This place has been under protection as a national and marine park so it is untouched beauty. Each villa in the hotel comes with its own private infinity pool and amazing sea views. Enjoy a relaxing spa day or go scuba diving if you are feeling adventurous. They also have in house Yoga sessions if you are looking for a mental detox. Pure bliss of its own kind.
2) An Lam Ninh Van Bay
Where: Exclusive area of Nha Trang
How: You can get to Nha Trang by flight or by train (train being the most popular and cheaper option). The station is 15 kilometers away from the resort. The hotel will arrange for a pickup to the mainland after which you will have to take a 15 minute boat ride to reach the airport.
The An Lam Ninh Van Bay Resort is situated on a secluded island and this location is the perfect definition of natural beauty. You will experience ultimate peace and tranquility on this gorgeous island since it is only accessible by water transport. The resort is well known for being a honeymoon destination and honestly, I couldn’t think of a more romantic place to spend quality time with my partner. The romance and honeymoon packages are well worth the money. The resort is made up of 34 luxurious villa with plunge pools and tropical greens surrounding you. They have a ton of activities you can indulge in right from relaxing mud baths to hiking trips.
3) The Reverie Saigon
Where: Nguyen Hue, Ho Chi Min City
How: The resort is situated in the heart of Ho Chi Min city on District 1. It is accessible easily via local cabs or you can book your transportation via the hotel.
The Reverie Saigon is luxury at its best. The hotel made its debut in 2015 as a part of the Times Square Building. It is situated in what is probably the most prestigious locations in all of Ho Chi Min City. The hotel defines luxury at its best so if you are thinking of giving yourself an expensive treat, this is exactly where you should be spending all your money. The entire hotel is put together by some of Italy’s finest brands. Every tiny detail has been carefully planned. The hotel is perfectly distanced from heritage museums, exemplary landmarks, extravagant boutiques and alluring cafes. You can take a trip around the city in lavish cars – I’m talking Rolls Royce and custom Benz’.
Where: Vinh Hy Bay
How: Cam Ranh is the closest airport to Amanoi. There are daily flights from Ho Chi Min City and Hanoi.
Amanoi boasts of a private beach with golden sand and crystal clear blue waters. The rooms have views of the beach or the National Park that is situated right alongside the hotel. The hotel hosts events like candle lit dinners or barbecues by the beach. They have an excellent Vietnamese spa retreat that you should definitely explore. They offer a variety of treatments like scrubs, wraps and hair care therapies. Go hiking along the Nui Chua National Park or cycle through the lustrous green villages. Enjoy true Vietnamese cuisines with a movie under the stars. This is what dream vacations are made of.
